Founded in 2010, Arden 360 provides managed IT, VoIP phone systems, network cabling, audio visual solutions, cybersecurity, and physical security services to organizations in healthcare, education, finance, manufacturing, and more than 10 other industries.

Maxim co-founded Arden 360 and has spent more than a decade building strategic partnerships with enterprises, healthcare organizations, and government agencies across the Mid-Atlantic region. He leads business development with a focus on long-term client outcomes rather than transactional sales. Maxim ensures every new engagement is matched to the right service model and technical team from day one.

Andrew Bonner
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew brings 15+ years of enterprise IT and network architecture experience to Arden 360. He holds certifications in Cisco networking and Microsoft infrastructure, and leads the technical delivery team across all client engagements. Andrew specializes in cybersecurity strategy and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure design.

Michelle's organizational leadership is central to Arden 360's ability to scale efficiently.

Brian leads Arden 360's implementation and support practice, overseeing the deployment of managed IT, VoIP, network cabling, and audiovisual solutions for clients across the region. He specializes in structured rollouts for complex, multi-location environments and has directed deployments for healthcare, education, and enterprise clients under accelerated timelines.
